Description: A supplementary cementitious material (SCM) consisting of natural pozzolan blended with Type II/V cement.

Benefits: Natural pozzolans are a siliceous or silico-aluminous material that will, in finely divided form and in the presence of moisture, chemically react with calcium hydroxide at ordinary temperatures to form compounds having cementitious properties.

Uses: NP is a general-purpose cement suitable for most concrete construction including, buildings, bridges, culverts, freeways, water treatment facilities and storage structures. Prestressed, precast concrete products, package products such as bagged premix concrete, mortars and grouts. Concrete products like pipe, roof tiles, manholes, septic tanks, etc.
